Working Student - Control Engineering (m/f/d)

You will assist with technical investigations, engineering documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a multidisciplinary medical device environment. In addition, you will help improve engineering methods, processes, and model-based development practices.

You support the development and testing of control algorithms via:

• Conducting pre-studies on rapid prototyping rigs
• Creating of simulation tests in Simulink Test
• Building test setups
• Executing and evaluating test runs on automated test setups
• Implementing scripts that support development

Creating and maintaining documentation

Must have:

• Studies (B.Sc. or M.Sc) in automation engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, medical engineering, engineering science or similar
• Experience in MATLAB/Simulink required
• Experience in working on test rigs ideal
• Independent, goal-oriented, and analytical mindset

Proficient in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in programming with C/C++, Python
• Experience in electronics and PCB design

Experience in Rapid Prototyping via dSpace or Speedgoat
