What you bring:

• Completed university studies with initial first practical experience, ideally within the retail sector.
• Tech-savvy & AI-driven mindset: You bring a strong analytical mindset, enthusiasm for modern technology, and first hands-on experience working with AI tools and Google Workspace.
• Customer-facing personality with open communication skills and confidence in handling routine customer and stakeholder interactions.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach , combined with a fast learning curve and the ability to work with high autonomy in a dynamic environment.
• Language skills: You are fluent in both Italian and English.
• Location: You live in Berlin or Milan, or you are willing to relocate to either city.
