Senior Sales Manager Global Markets (all genders)

Your tasks

Do you want to win international brands for Remazing, lead complex sales cycles, and actively shape our global commercial strategy? Then this role could be the perfect fit for you.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will take ownership of strategic opportunities, high-stakes pitches, and long-term client relationships across multiple markets. The position also offers a path towards becoming Sales Lead for Remazing Core and taking on functional and people leadership for our Sales team, which currently consists of two team members.

Your tasks

GLOBAL NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: You will identify and develop strategically relevant business opportunities across our international markets and own the entire sales process, from targeted outreach and qualification to negotiation and contract signature. You will build a robust global pipeline and develop sustainable partnerships with relevant brands.

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: You will manage complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and position Remazing as a strategic partner. You quickly understand business challenges and translate them into compelling, value-led solutions.

PITCH OWNERSHIP & NEGOTIATION: You will own international pitches and complex tenders, develop analysis-driven narratives together with internal teams, and lead negotiations confidently through to closing. You will ensure that our proposals are commercially compelling and tailored to the relevant brand, market, and need.

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & MARKET DEVELOPMENT: You will analyse market and industry trends, identify new target segments, and translate them into concrete growth opportunities. You will actively contribute your insights to the development of our global commercial strategy, service portfolio, and go-to-market approaches.

SALES OPERATIONS & FORECASTING: You will manage your pipeline based on data, maintain accurate deal progression in HubSpot, and prepare reliable forecasts. You will challenge processes and metrics, define concrete actions, and create transparency around priorities, risks, and potential.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION: You will coordinate cross-market opportunities and work closely with our international hubs as well as Consulting, Marketing, and other specialist teams. You will create clear ownership, connect different perspectives, and ensure consistent communication with prospective clients.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT & MENTORING: You will share your expertise, support colleagues in challenging sales situations, and provide structured feedback. Even before taking on formal leadership, you will strengthen shared standards, improve ways of working, and support the team in its day-to-day business.

LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVE: You will have the opportunity to develop towards the Sales Lead role for Remazing Core. In this position, you will additionally take on functional and people leadership for the Sales team, which currently consists of two team members, set clear goals, further develop the team strategy, and share responsibility for the sustainable development of our sales performance.

Your profile

B2B SALES EXPERIENCE: You bring at least 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in a digital environment such as digital marketing, e-commerce, marketplace services, an agency, or SaaS. You have a strong track record in complex international sales cycles and successful closing.

LANGUAGE: You communicate, negotiate, and present confidently in English and German at C1 level or above.  Additional languages are a big plus!

STRATEGIC & COMMERCIAL MINDSET: You combine a strong understanding of markets with sound commercial judgement. You recognise potential, prioritise opportunities based on evidence, and turn client needs into sustainable business opportunities.

GLOBAL SALES MINDSET: You operate confidently in an international environment, adapt to different markets and cultures, and manage complex processes across countries and teams.

MARKETPLACE & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: You ideally bring experience in Amazon marketing, e-commerce, or data-driven services, or can quickly develop a strong understanding of complex topics. You communicate sophisticated services in a credible, clear, and client-centred way.

NEGOTIATION & CLOSING STRENGTH: You lead demanding negotiations with clarity, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach. You can align different interests, handle objections confidently, and move complex opportunities consistently towards closing.

LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL: You enjoy supporting others, sharing knowledge, and providing clear direction. Initial experience in leadership, mentoring, or coaching is highly welcome; most importantly, you are motivated to take ownership and develop towards a formal people leadership role.

STRUCTURED & DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH: You work independently, in a structured way, and with a strong focus on results. CRM discipline, reliable forecasting, and data-led prioritisation are integral to your approach to professional sales management.
