AI Trainers Network - Arabic

• Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to help train and improve AI models.
• Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, quality, and usefulness.

Requirements

We are looking for detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable contributors who are interested in language, technology, and the development of AI systems. The ideal candidate combines strong Arabic language skills with the ability to evaluate information critically and work independently in a digital environment.

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and linguistic nuances.
• Current residence in Poland for this opportunity.
• Good English proficiency to understand project instructions and communicate effectively.
• Comfort using digital tools, online platforms, and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify linguistic, factual, and contextual inconsistencies.
• Good analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly when evaluating content for accuracy and relevance.
• Cultural awareness and an understanding of Arabic-speaking communities, communication styles, and regional language variations.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence, language technologies, and how human feedback can improve AI systems.
• Flexibility to participate in projects of varying durations and complexity, depending on your availability.

Previous experience in data annotation, content evaluation, translation, linguistics, prompt engineering, or AI training may be helpful, but project-specific requirements will vary.
