Community & Partnerships Associate (m/f/d)

Events & Community

• Represent DPS at internal and external innovation events to grow our visibility and network.
• Grow and nurture the DPS community, and develop formats that bring people together.
• Shape and run community and event formats that strengthen DPS in the ecosystem and create memorable experiences.

Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with multipliers, such as associations, media, universities, alumni, and communities, who help spread the word about DPS.
• Identify potential leads and partners for our program.

Your profile

• You bring one to two years of relevant experience in marketing, for example in content creation, social media, or campaigns.
• You think and act entrepreneurially. Experience in a startup or another fast-moving team is a plus.
• You work proactively, in a structured way, and on your own initiative.
• You tell stories that stick and have a good eye for content and formats.
• You speak fluent English and solid German.
• You know tools such as Canva, Figma, Miro, Notion, or Mailchimp, or you pick them up quickly.
