Solutions and Services Specialist - Sustainability m/f/d

This role is at the forefront of Lenovo's services-led growth strategy, helping customers achieve their sustainability goals while creating business value. Reporting to the Sr. Solutions & Services Executive Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Lenovo's growth while accelerating your own career development.

What You Will Do:

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying and developing opportunities for Lenovo's Asset Recovery Services and Lenovo Recertified Refurbished Devices within commercial customer accounts, helping organizations achieve both business and sustainability goals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on acquisition opportunities and structuring solutions that create long-term value for both customers and Lenovo.
• Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, targeted prospecting, and engagement with key decision-makers across assigned customer organizations.
• Influence customer decisions by effectively presenting the business, financial, and sustainability benefits of Lenovo's circular economy and lifecycle management solutions.
• Accelerate deal execution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, removing obstacles, and ensuring a smooth, efficient sales process while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a Sustainability Subject Matter Expert, partnering closely with front-end sales teams to identify opportunities, provide guidance, and position Lenovo's sustainability portfolio effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, creating trusted partnerships that support continued business growth.
• Lead through influence and collaboration, motivating colleagues, shaping decisions, establishing credibility across the organization, and working with in-territory and matrix teams to consistently exceed growth and performance targets.

What You Will Need:

• Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Lenovo's Asset Recovery Services and Lenovo Recertified Refurbished Devices, helping enterprise customers achieve both commercial and sustainability objectives.
• Own large, complex enterprise deals from prospecting through closure, structuring solutions that support long-term customer success while delivering business value for Lenovo.
• Develop and execute strategic lead generation initiatives, proactively identifying decision-makers, creating new opportunities, and utilizing strong prospecting and consultative selling skills to win new business.
• Accelerate deal execution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, streamlining the sales process, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining high service quality.
• Serve as Lenovo's Sustainability Subject Matter Expert, partnering closely with sales teams to position asset recovery, IT disposition, circular economy, and refurbished technology solutions within commercial accounts.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams, working effectively with customers, partners, internal sales organizations, and matrix teams to drive business growth and achieve shared objectives.

Your profile

• Bring 8+ years of direct B2B sales experience selling sustainability solutions, asset recovery services, IT disposition offerings, refurbished technology, or related services, with a proven track record of winning business with large enterprise customers and leading complex deal pursuits.
• Demonstrate executive presence, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, inspire high-performing teams, and understand customer sustainability goals. A strong plus will be an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent business and financial acumen, the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, experience influencing across complex matrix organizations, and outstanding professional references.
