Senior AI Engineer — Document Intelligence

What you bring

• Experience delivering AI or machine learning systems into production.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Practical experience with LLMs, structured extraction, retrieval, and evaluation.
• An understanding of document processing challenges, including imperfect scans and complex layouts.
• The ability to investigate failures systematically and make clear technical trade-offs.
• Clear communication in English.

Useful additional experience

• Technical manuals, industrial documentation
• Multimodal models, open-source model deployment, or GPU inference.
• Private, on-premises, or restricted-network environments.
