Business Development Representative (m/f/d), Munich

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally into enterprise
• A track record of consistently hitting or beating pipeline and meeting targets, with real numbers you can speak to
• Strong on cold outbound: you can open a cold call, steer the conversation, and handle objections without a script
• Business-fluent German (C1+) and English, the role is Munich-based and sells into the DACH market
• Coachable, self-driven, and resilient: you seek feedback, act on it, and stay in the game through rejection
• A clear ambition to grow into an Account Executive (see the path below)
• Comfortable with modern outbound tooling: CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment
• Bonus: experience selling into Pharma, Telco, FMCG, Insurance, Automotive, or Retail, or into sales enablement, coaching, or L&D-adjacent buyers

Benefits

From the preset toggles, enable: Above-average compensation, Flexible working hours, and High-performance culture. As custom entries:

• Uncapped commission with a competitive OTE: your earnings scale with the pipeline and the deals you help create
• A clear path to Account Executive: this role is built as a launchpad, with a realistic move to AE in 18 to 24 months, and faster for a standout performer
• A dedicated 1:1 partnership with a senior Account Executive who coaches you every week, not a shared BDR pool
• Six-figure enterprise deals and reference clients across pharma, insurance, telecom, FMCG, retail and automotive
• Direct access to the founders and real influence on how we sell
• A product with a genuine scientific moat, built on the Warmth and Competence framework from TU Munich research, that you also use to get better yourself
• A central Munich office with an international team

If you want to break into enterprise sales the right way, learning from a senior closer while building the pipeline that wins six-figure deals, send us your CV and a short note on the best cold call or outbound sequence you have run. You will hear back within a week, and the process is fast: intro call and deep dive with your future AE partner, a practical case that includes a live cold-call exercise and a conversation with a founder.
