AT ALMEDIA, YOU’LL:

• Own way more, way earlier — you’ll be trusted with responsibility fast.
• Push harder, get further — this isn’t a 9–5. We highly reward intensity.

• Fully present — we’re 5 days a week in the office to build the energising momentum we need.

VENTURE MANAGER (BERLIN)

Salary Range: €80K – €110K

We’re looking for a Venture Manager who will act as a strategic catalyst to transform high-level founder vision into scalable, high-growth business units. In this role, you will be the bridge between consulting sharpness and execution obsession, leading the end-to-end launch of our most critical company missions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

• Launch & Build Ventures: Spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams that align with Almedia’s growth goals.
• Execute CEO Missions: Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with our CEO, using rapid testing and data-based decisions to move from strategy to reality.
• Own Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for the world’s biggest advertisers, managing high-level expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Scale Operational Frameworks: Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency in collaboration with R&D leads.
• Lead Cross-Functional Sprints: Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered without delay and reach our high quality standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡

• Experience in Venture Building: Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically taking initiatives from zero to one.
• Data Fluency & Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
• Innovation Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to solve ambiguous business challenges in the AdTech space.
• Bonus: Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem or the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT 🌟

• Own Everything: You treat the business as your own, taking full responsibility for the success of your ventures and never letting a high-priority topic drift without a clear outcome.
• Raise the Bar: You set frighteningly high standards for excellence, mentoring others and building frameworks that elevate the entire team’s ability to scale.
• Move Fast: You thrive under intensity and iterate rapidly, preferring to launch a bold test today and learn from the results rather than waiting for a perfect plan tomorrow.

WHY ALMEDIA? 🎁

• Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one.
• Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin.
• Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.

We believe in fostering talent, evaluating all skill levels during the hiring process, and providing a clear path for growth. Almedia is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace and celebrate diversity, and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
