Your tasks

MISSION

At STAN, Account Managers are project owners and trusted client partners – not traditional coordinators. They build strong day-to-day client relationships, turn briefs into clear actions and connect strategy, creative and production to move projects forward. They own projects from brief to delivery, keeping teams, timings and budgets on track while contributing to the quality, ambition and exceptional creative work that defines STAN.

Build strong day-to-day relationships with our clients and act as a reliable and confident point of contact throughout projects

Contribute to continuously improving the way we work – within project teams, across disciplines and together with our clients

3-4+ years of experience in account management, project management or a comparable client-facing role within a creative, brand, digital or integrated agency
Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI-powered tools in day-to-day project management, including AI-supported automation, resource planning and workflow optimisation.
