About HYPD

HYPD is an AI-assistant for paid marketers. We help small businesses and advertisers run their Google and Meta ads, cut wasted spend and get more out of every euro. 30,000+ marketers from all over the world use it, and we build it in Berlin (and remote). We are a small team with experienced founders, a strong adtech background and a passion for what we do.

The role

It’s a very unique role, where you will be wearing two hats. You will be in charge of our own paid media strategy and execution on one hand and on the other hand be heavily involved in our product development. Every campaign you launch for hypd.ai is also a product test and everything you learn goes straight back into it. You own every paid channel, from first click to paying customer, and work closely directly with our founding team.

What you’ll do

Own our own paid media

• Set the strategy: budgets, targets (CAC, payback) and the testing roadmap.
• Launch, scale and kill campaigns based on sign-ups, activations and revenue.
• Run Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok, ChatGPT and LinkedIn Ads

Own the full funnel

• Map the path from ad click to landing page, sign-up, activation and paid plan.
• You monitor user quality and later stage events and funnel them back into your UA strategy.
• A/B test landing pages, onboarding and offers.
• Own conversion tracking.

Use HYPD on HYPD (and make it better)

• Do your daily work through HYPD in Claude and ChatGPT.
• QA new features and connectors, and tell us what’s broken or missing.
• Co-design workflows and skills together with product, and help design new features.
• Join customer calls and collaborate with other performance marketing experts to get feedback and implement changes.
• Productize your learnings into features.

What you bring

• You are an AI native and already live Claude or Codex, use MCP extensively, and automated parts of your day-to-day.
• You like owning things and moving fast in a small team without bureaucracy and want to get things done
• You are interested in product development, AI agents, and working cross-functionally.
• 3+ years running paid budgets yourself, ideally in B2B SaaS, a startup, or an agency with SaaS clients.
• Deep, hands-on paid search and paid social experience, some experience in A/B testing, and an understanding of tracking.
• Fluent English
