Startup Job / Mitgründer / Praktika: Junior Product Manager – Logistics SAAS Platform

• Manage technically demanding software solutions that decide upon the delivery experience of thousands of customers everyday
• Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with an Engineering Manager
• Work closely with Customer Success to solve new customer cases
• Generate customer insights through experimentation and help internal stakeholders to take smarter decisions
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap

Your Magic Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in software product management with a proven history of delivering results, logistics is a plus
• Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products
• Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
• Fluent in German and English
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

• Working in the logistics industry
• Working with OKRs
