Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Communications, Humanities,

Business Administration, Marketing or related

• Strong proficiency in German and English / Italian / French

or Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a

passion for communication

• Ability to interact with customers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Creativity, proactivity and strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, organized, customer- and solution-oriented

thinking

• Quick comprehension of issues and their processing/

resolution

• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Desirable: experience in online customer support
