Now we need to fill our pipeline faster than ever, and that's where you come in. As our Business Development Representative, you are the first voice many security leaders hear from revel8: you open doors, spark genuine interest, and turn cold accounts into qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Success looks like a steady, predictable flow of high-quality pipeline and a repeatable outbound playbook that scales as our sales team grows.

How your day-to-day will look like:

Outbound Prospecting: You research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Security and HR leaders), and reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn and personalized video to spark their interest in revel8.
Discovery & Qualification: You run first conversations with prospects, uncover their security awareness challenges, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Inbound Follow-up: You respond quickly to inbound leads, event contacts and trial sign-ups, and make sure no promising conversation slips through the cracks.

Campaigns & Messaging: You test and iterate on sequences, messaging and talk tracks together with sales and marketing, and double down on what actually books meetings.

AI-powered Workflows: You use AI and modern sales tools to research faster, personalize at scale, and automate the repetitive parts of prospecting.

Pipeline Hygiene & Reporting: You keep our CRM clean and up to date, track your activities and conversion rates, and share learnings from the market with the team.

bring first experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity. Ambitious graduates with the right drive are welcome too.
love picking up the phone: you're energized by conversations with new people, handle a "no" with a smile, and keep going until you get a "yes".
are curious and quick to learn: you enjoy understanding a prospect's world and can explain why human-centric security matters in a way that resonates.
are structured and disciplined: you plan your days, follow up reliably, and treat your activity numbers and conversion rates as your own scoreboard.
are AI-native and tool-fluent: AI tools are part of your daily workflow, and you pick up CRMs and sales tools quickly.
are a team player with a hunger to grow: you take feedback seriously and want to develop toward an Account Executive role over time.
are fluent in German and English, enabling confident conversations with prospects across DACH and collaboration within our international team.
