Senior Aircraft Performance Engineer (all genders)

Your Profile:

• Master’s and/or PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in aircraft performance determination, preferably within CS 23 aircraft programs operating under a DOA environment or international equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in the aircraft flight performance calculation, flight mechanics, aerodynamics, and propulsion.
• Proficiency in coding (Matlab or alternatively Python).
• Proficiency in PLM; Dassault’s 3DX platform is a plus.
• Previous participation in flight test campaigns is a plus.
• Proven experience across the full product development lifecycle, from conceptual and preliminary design through detailed design, verification, validation, and certification (CS 23 or CS 25).
• Solid understanding of airworthiness and certification processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Self-driven, solution-oriented professional with strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic development environment.
• Strong personal motivation for aviation and the advancement of electric aircraft technologies.
• Experience working in an EASA Part 21J Design Organization, or international equivalent.
