Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing

process, as the sole owner of the marketing function

• Partner with the Head of Growth to prioritize initiatives and report on marketing-sourced pipeline impact

YOU ARE

5+ years in B2B SaaS or deep-tech marketing, with hands-on ABM experience — ideally with enterprise or industrial customer accounts

• AI-native: you already use AI tools daily to work faster and better, and you default to finding the AI-powered way to do something before the manual one
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: you can build an ABM program and also run the marketing ops that support it
• Experienced operating as a lean or solo marketing function, not just a team member within an established one
• Comfortable working directly with sales and GTM leadership to test and iterate messaging quickly
• Organized and self-directed, able to juggle strategic account work with operational marketing tasks

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

You'll own how our strategic accounts experience Deltia's brand and message, while also building the operational backbone of our marketing function; a chance to have direct, visible impact on pipeline in an emerging industrial AI category.
