Paid Social Manager

At Almedia, you’ll:

• Own way more, way earlier — you’ll be trusted with responsibility fast.
• Push harder, get further — this isn’t a 9–5. We highly reward intensity.
• Join a rare environment — you will work with ambitious high-speed, high-ownership people.
• Fully present — we’re 5 days a week in the office to build the energising momentum we need.

PAID SOCIAL MANAGER

Salary range: €55,000-80,000/annum. Final salary will be assessed according to your skills.

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our core app user acquisition channels. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role built for someone who lives in the data, moves fast on optimizations, and knows how to scale app campaigns across AppLovin, Facebook, and TikTok.

You'll be managing significant budgets across live campaigns — this is not a planning role. It requires daily attention, sharp instincts, and the ability to diagnose and fix performance problems in real time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

• Own App UA at Scale: Take end-to-end ownership of app install campaigns across AppLovin, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and DSPs, managing $500k+ in daily spend. Make independent decisions to maximize revenue and predictive LTV.
• Drive Daily Performance: Monitor campaigns daily, proactively identify opportunities, troubleshoot performance drops, and solve root causes before they escalate. Move fast while maintaining high standards.
• Lead Creative Strategy: Use performance data, competitor insights, and testing results to challenge assumptions, identify winning creatives, and develop new concepts that drive measurable growth.
• Manage a Creative Ecosystem: Work closely with our internal creative team to brief, prioritize, and launch new creatives. Take responsibility for moving projects forward, removing blockers, and continuously improving the testing process.
• Navigate Attribution Complexity: Navigate multiple campaign types, attribution windows, and Adjust MMP tracking. Break down complex data into clear insights and actionable decisions.
• Build Toward LTV: Go beyond surface-level metrics to understand what truly drives revenue and predictive LTV. Identify high-impact growth opportunities, test new approaches, and continuously raise the performance bar.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡

• App UA Track Record: Proven experience scaling app install campaigns across at least two of AppLovin, Unity, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs, with significant budget ownership.
• Spend-Scale Comfort: Experience managing substantial daily spend, making fast, data-driven decisions, and maintaining performance and quality in a fast-moving environment.
• Creative Judgment: Ability to translate performance insights into creative strategies, brief internal teams or agencies, challenge existing approaches, and turn ideas into structured experiments.
• Attribution Fluency: Strong understanding of mobile attribution, MMP setup (Adjust preferred), and cross-channel attribution. You can identify root causes, question assumptions, and simplify complex problems.
• LTV & Revenue Focus: Experience optimizing revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV, ideally within gaming or subscription apps. You understand the downstream metrics that drive real business impact.
• Problem-Solving Operator: You take initiative without waiting for instructions, make decisions with incomplete information, and find practical solutions. You focus on fixing problems, not just reporting them.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT 🌟

• You treat a live campaign like it's always your responsibility - proactive, not reactive.
• You think in signals and ratios, not just top-line spend.
• You're a confident stakeholder manager who can align internal teams and external agencies toward a shared creative and performance roadmap.
• You're comfortable with complexity - multiple campaign types, channels, and attribution layers - and you build clarity from it rather than getting slowed down by it.
