(Senior) ERP Consultant (w/m/d)

We are hiring two to three consultants for our Hamburg office.

Your role

• Take delivery responsibility for parts of a project, or for whole projects
• Map and design client processes across logistics, sales, production and finance
• Run workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to land on the right solution
• Configure and test processes in Odoo, specify new functionality, and follow up with the developers building it
• Train process owners and end users, and support clients through go-live
• Work closely with the wider Flyt team in Norway and Denmark
• Help shape how Flyt works in Germany — methodology, client approach, and the local team as it grows

Your profile

We are open to three starting points. You bring one of:

• A strong ERP background, technical or functional — on Odoo, SAP, Dynamics or another platform
• Solid German accounting and controlling knowledge, with practical ERP experience
• At least two years of management consulting experience, or other consultancy, with a genuine appetite to build deep Odoo expertise

Alongside that, you bring:

• A master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• A consulting mindset — ready to act as lead consultant, with strong communication skills in front of clients
• The ability and curiosity to learn a lot, fast – ready to take on challenges
• Comfortable with complex, end-to-end business processes, with attention to details
• Fluent German and English, preferably experience with English as company language
• A willingness to travel, and an appreciation for working together in person — based in or near Hamburg is a plus, not a requirement

What we offer

• Be part of a driven, high-competence team. You'll join enthusiastic, knowledgeable consultants who support each other.
• A culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. You'll work alongside Flyt colleagues, and knowledge and experience is shared between Germany, Norway and Denmark.
• A flat structure across three countries — short decision paths, and your ideas reach the people who decide
• Genuine influence over how Flyt Germany is built, from methodology to the colleagues we hire next
• Varied, end-to-end work on Odoo. You'll take on projects across industries and full business processes
• 30 days of annual leave
• An office in central Hamburg, at Hohe Bleichen in the Neustadt district
• Regular exchange and team events with colleagues in Norway and Denmark
• Company laptop and mobile phone, in addition to other relevant equipment
