GROWTH LEAD (BERLIN)

Salary: €70k-€110k

We are looking for a powerhouse Growth Lead (Berlin) to become the a dedicated leader for our Growth (sales and account management) team. Reporting directly to the Growth Director and in close alignment with the CEO, you will be the architect of our go-to-market engine. This is a dual-impact role: you will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while remaining "in the trenches" to close strategic partnerships with the world’s top mobile game publishers.

You will own end-to-end growth by building a high-accountability team culture and a repeatable GTM playbook. You will turn publisher insights into product strategy, move fast to scale our outbound motion, and raise the bar on execution across the entire lifecycle—from first contact to long-term integration and partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🎯

• Architect the GTM Playbook: Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion. You’ll define our segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows to ensure the team executes with speed and precision.
• Lead from the Front: Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration. You will land key accounts that serve as the "win stories" to unlock the rest of the market.
• Scale & Mentor the Team: Manage, motivate, and develop a part of the Growth team. You’ll be responsible for their KPIs, career growth plans, and day-to-day coaching to foster a culture of extreme ownership.
• Bridge Product & Market: Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering. You will translate publisher needs into a prioritized backlog, ensuring our roadmap is aligned with what the market actually buys.
• Operational Excellence: Define the rituals of success—qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting. You will provide the Growth Director with a live, transparent view of deal health and unblock the team to keep opportunities moving.

WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE

• Days 1–30: Shadow our Senior Growth Managers on their account calls. Take over 2 small accounts (sub-€10K daily spend) and learn the backbone of our growth engine hands-on.
• Days 31–60: Take over a full book of accounts. Own your first KPI review with our a senior team member. Contribute with your first written process improvement.
• Days 61–90: Operating with increasing independence. You've caught at least one issue before it escalated and proposed a test or lever on your book.
• Beyond 90 days: A clear path from Growth Lead to Strategic Growth Lead with even more ownership, and beyond.

• Operational Rigor: You don’t just "do sales"—you build systems. You are a power user of CRM data and live by pipeline hygiene.
