At Factorial, we’re looking for a Strategic Partner Business Developer for the DACH market to help us elevate our partner ecosystem and drive growth by activating strategic partners, enabling their sales teams, and turning partner relationships into a consistent source of qualified pipeline and demos.

The Role

As a Strategic Partner Business Developer , your mission is taking ownership of partner activation, engagement and commercial performance within your assigned region.

Partner & Sales Enablement

• Serve as the central point of contact and proactive advisor for partner sales teams and their leadership.
• Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement rom individual sales representatives to regional leadership.
• Activate partner sales teams through initial enablement sessions, ongoing engagement and targeted commercial activities, moving teams to consistent partner-driven pipeline generation.
• Design and deliver sales enablement training to equip sales teams with partner knowledge and strategies (i.e. through workshops).

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

• Define and execute pipeline generation strategies to maximize partner-driven leads.
• Work closely with partner Account Managers and sales leaders to identify opportunities, remove blockers and define concrete actions to increase partner engagement and pipeline generation.
• Qualify partner-generated leads and opportunities, understand the prospect's business needs, and ensure a smooth handover to the Partner Account Executive.

Lead Generation & Engagement

• Collaborate closely with Partner Account Executives, Marketing, CX teams, and Partner Sales Management to ensure alignment and plan demand generation activities.
• Engage prospects through (cold) calls, emails, social outreach, campaigns, networking and events.
• Coordinate and schedule demos with prospects and partners.
• Reactivate stalled deals and ensure a clean, active, and predictable pipeline.

Your Profile

• High fluency/native-level German and fluent English .
• Previous experience in Sales (Customer Success, Project Management, Partnerships, or similar roles) are highly valued.
• Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects and partner stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow in a fast-scaling team.
• You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
• Excited to actively contribute to constant improvement and evolution—we embrace a strong culture of change!
• Reiselust: Partnerships are built through personal connections: regular on-site visits, sales team activations and partner events are an essential part of the role.

Bonus Points

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Notion, Lovable etc.
• Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment.
• Solid understanding of how to build and execute successful outbound campaigns.
