Help shape the future of EV charging across Europe

At Allego, we're building one of Europe's leading EV charging networks. Together with some of the largest retailers, mobility providers, property owners and commercial partners, we're making electric mobility accessible at scale.

As we continue to grow across the DACH region, we're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and develop relationships with some of our most important commercial partners.

This is not a traditional sales role.

Your tasks

About the role

As Strategic Account Manager DACH, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will own these relationships from a commercial perspective, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities for expansion.

From national retail chains and mobility partners to large real estate portfolios, you will play a key role in helping our partners expand access to EV charging while contributing directly to Allego's growth ambitions.

You will report to the Head of Network Development DACH and work closely with internal teams across Legal, Delivery, Operations, Product and Finance.

What you'll do

Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise partners
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts across the DACH region
Develop account strategies that drive long-term growth and value creation
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional locations, services and new business initiatives

Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders

Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals and partnership development discussions

Monitor account performance and ensure Allego remains a preferred long-term partner

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer commitments

Support the development of new strategic partnerships where relevant

Represent Allego at customer meetings, industry events and key commercial discussions

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who knows how to build long-term strategic partnerships, navigate complex organizations, and identify growth opportunities across large multi-site portfolios.

Ideally, you already have experience in EV charging, e-mobility, mobility services, energy, retail partnerships, or infrastructure businesses.

7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Partnership Management
Proven success managing large strategic customers and complex commercial relationships
Experience working with enterprise organizations, national retailers, mobility companies, energy businesses, infrastructure operators or large real estate portfolios
A strong track record of growing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities
Experience negotiating complex multi-stakeholder commercial agreements
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
A structured and commercially driven mindset
Professional fluency in German and English

Experience within EV charging, e-mobility or related energy infrastructure
Existing network within the DACH mobility, charging or retail ecosystem
Experience managing multi-country or multi-site commercial partnerships

A highly strategic role with direct influence on Allego's growth across Europe
Ownership of relationships with some of the largest commercial partners in the DACH market
