Solution Engineer / Customer Success (m/f/d)
Remote, München - HQ
At Certivity , we are building the AI platform that engineering organizations use to manage regulatory compliance. Companies like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Schaeffler, ZF, Aumovio and TÜV Rheinland use our software in their daily work. We started in automotive, and it is still our core. Now we are expanding into other highly regulated engineering sectors.
As a Solution Engineer, you will be the expert and a technical implementation partner for these customers as they make Certivity their central regulatory intelligence platform.
You will get to know workflows at each customer in depth and turn their requirements into scalable platform configurations. As the expert contact for accounts, you make sure they get measurable value from Certivity , and you actively grow each account by finding new use cases, teams, business units and product lines that the platform can serve.
