We are looking for a dedicated, quality-focused, and resilient IT First-Level Supporter to join our dynamic logistics site in Neuenburg am Rhein and help us make the most of its potential.

Your tasks

Working in a two-shift model (05:00–23:00 / Saturday 05:00–18:00), you’ll be the first point of contact when unexpected IT issues occur. You’ll help troubleshoot problems, support our employees, and make sure our operations keep running smoothly.

• First point of contact for all IT hardware incidents on the logistics floor
• Share knowledge and procedures with logistics employees during troubleshooting, so recurring issues can be solved independently
• Resolve incidents directly on-site or guide staff to the correct escalation path
• Act as on-site liaison for external IT partners during Pickett/Blocker emergencies
• Procure IT hardware for new and existing workstations Set up workstations including physical cabling and network connection
• Replace defective hardware
• Collaborate with 2nd Level Support (System Engineers / ICT): escalate, implement, and validate proposed solution
