Requirements

• Dutch at native-level proficiency and excellent written and spoken English. You can write engaging copy and advise customers with clarity and confidence in both languages.
• A feel for Dutch and British audiences, with curiosity about what earns their attention and trust.
• Practical experience in marketing, content, e-commerce or customer-facing work. Show us something you have created, improved or taken responsibility for; relevant projects and transferable experience count.
• Creative judgement and the initiative to turn an opportunity into a plan. You enjoy proposing ideas, organising your work and following through without waiting for detailed instructions.
• A willingness to test, learn and adjust. You can explain your decisions, use feedback constructively and ask for expertise when it will improve the result.
• An interest in customers as well as campaigns: you listen carefully, enjoy explaining a product and take pride in helpful, reliable advice.
• Availability to work at our headquarters in Königs Wusterhausen. You live within commuting distance or are willing to relocate to the area.

German, familiarity with CRM or content tools, and an interest in fitness or rowing are welcome additions.

Benefits

On-site, full-time. Salary: EUR 42,000–48,000 gross per year.

• Ownership of two developing markets, with space to propose original ideas, shape local priorities and see the results of your work.
• An international team working across the German, French and Italian markets. You will exchange ideas directly with the colleagues developing our business in France and Italy, learn from their launches and contribute your own perspective on the Netherlands and the UK.
• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product and service colleagues. You can draw on their specialist knowledge while taking responsibility for your own market activities.
• Direct access to the product at our headquarters, so your content and customer advice are grounded in first-hand experience.
• EUR 42,000–48,000 gross per year for a full-time role, depending on relevant experience and skills, with opportunities to develop your responsibilities as the markets grow.
