eGroup is the leading provider of virtual office services in Europe. We develop and operate a Software-as-a-Service platform to provide tens of thousands of freelancers and small businesses customers across Europe with remote secretarial and new work solutions. Our mission is to give people the space to focus on what they are best at.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic colleague (m/f/d) who thrives on solving technical challenges and enjoys the satisfaction of making a real impact on their team. Your Mission You build AI products that advance our customers in their everyday lives, as well as AI-powered solutions for our internal processes – from ideation to production. These solutions apply AI consistently: automations, intelligent workflows, assistants, and tools that noticeably increase quality and efficiency.
You take ownership of the entire journey independently – from the initial idea to the production-ready solution, without waiting for external direction. You have a product mindset and build it yourself: You understand the real problems of users and business departments, translate them into solutions, and see them through to completion. You live AI-First: You develop the spec together with the model and drive it through agentic loops.
You define the tests and criteria against which the AI benchmarks its own code – enabling you to build faster and more reliably. You design the AI layer of our products yourself: Prompts, tool calls, RAG, and agent logic – including the conversation flows for our voicebot. For you, AI is product material, not just a tool.
You also oversee your solutions after launch – you monitor how they perform in action and continuously improve them. You test new models, frameworks, and AI tools on your own initiative, keep an eye on the market, and proactively introduce relevant ideas. You don't record knowledge in traditional documentation, but rather as an AI-compatible knowledge base that is created concurrently while building – so that users can navigate more easily and the next agentic loop can build upon it more autonomously.
Your Profile You build complete applications across the entire stack and deploy them to production yourself – frontend with Angular and React, backend with Java and Python. You have built LLMs, agent systems, and RAG yourself – including prompt and tool-call design as well as evals. Not as a user, but as a builder.
Spec-driven work with agentic loops is standard practice for you – you have brought software into production this way, not just experimented with it. You prioritize and structure requirements independently, thinking like a product person in the process. Strong communication skills: You can talk to non-technical people on equal terms, understand their needs, and explain solutions comprehensibly.
You solve real problems – not elegant demos that nobody uses. In a rapidly changing AI world, you want to set the pace instead of clinging to old techniques and roles – you enjoy thinking through complex topics and delegating them to AI. University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field – or equivalent through strong practical experience.
Your perks: Choose what's best for your: MacBook or PC? Ride a bike or a train: we provide a bike or public transport ticket Stay healthy and relaxed: we support Urban Sports Club Become a Foam master or Bartender: enjoy the best coffee machine and beer from tap in our office Level up your skills: we will get you eye-opening books Take a course: we will support your hunger for education You need some holidays? 28 days for everyone You don´t smoke? Get one extra day off You have hobbies and a family?
