Commercial Student Assistant

What you'll be doing:

In this role you will be supporting the sales team with both low and high tasks such as:

• Research and identify potential leads
• Use lead generation tools to gather contact information
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team for correct lead handoff and knowledge sharing
• Coordinate customer-facing materials, including documents, presentations, design and other sales collateral
• Support event planning and coordination, including lead management before and after events, and run email cadences and outreach activities on behalf of the sales team

Who you are:

• You have a positive, proactive mindset and are eager to learn
• You're interested in commercial organizations and how they operate
• You have a strong motivation for sales and business development
• You can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines
• You have clear and precise communication skills in both German and English
• You have good understanding of Google and Microsoft products
