Focus: 100% Non-Alcoholic Pairing, Fermentation & Cellular Elixirs

Location: Allgäu, Germany (Bavaria)

Contract: Full-Time / Trainee Program

Anyone can pour gin and tonic. Can you build an alcohol-free dopamine pairing?

We are leaving industrial spirits behind. Our lounge and restaurant operate on a radical premise: 100% Alcohol-Free, 100% Functional.

We craft custom botanical extractions, cold-brewed medicinal teas, live ferments, and adaptogenic distillates that elevate dining without neurotoxins or glucose crashes.

Your Playground & Impact:

Formulate cutting-edge mocktails, water kefirs, house kombuchas, and herbal hydrosols using commercial vacuum blenders and slow juicers.
Design functional liquid pairings tailored to our 10 guest archetypes (focus, deep sleep, metabolic calm).
Complete our Master/Bachelor Traineeship in Functional Beverages & Phytotherapy with university credentials.

Who You Are:

Experienced bartender or beverage professional fascinated by fermentation, botanicals, and liquid craftsmanship.

Great floor presence, confident in explaining the biochemical narrative of each glass to international guests.

Opportunity Card holders, international mixologists, or hospitality talents currently in the EU/Germany with strong English skills.

What We Offer (Candidate Value Proposition):

Academic University Certification: Official trainee certificate / module in Longevity Nutrition & Functional Food from an accredited German university partner.
Visa & Relocation Support: Full guidance through official immigration procedures, Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte), or German work permits, plus initial on-site resort accommodation.
Green Michelin Star Mission: Active, pioneering role in building Germany’s benchmark for Sustainable & Functional Fine Dining from day one.
Cutting-Edge Food Lab: Access to professional vacuum blending, cold-press extraction technology, fermentation chambers, and an extensive in-house botanical garden.
