# Who we are looking for

• You have relevant qualifications and experience in the field of compliance, ideally a law degree with in-depth knowledge of antitrust law
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a company, a compliance role, or a law firm specializing in commercial law
• You possess high ethical standards, sound judgment, and enjoy collaborating in a diverse, international environment
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, positive energy, flexibility, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented “can-do” attitude
• You work confidently in a matrix organization and interact successfully with various stakeholders
• You have a strong affinity for digital tools, IT-supported processes, and AI applications
• And last but not least, you are fluent in English and German
