• Turn founder conversations, product updates, research and unfinished ideas into clear content worth reading
• Research developments in AI visibility, marketing, startups and product building
• Create SEO-focused articles and content briefs around questions our audience is already searching for
• Interview the founder, team members and relevant experts to uncover useful ideas and stories
• Build a repeatable editorial and content waterfall system across formats and channels
• Collaborate with the design and video interns to turn strong ideas into carousels, graphics and video
• Track what performs and use the results to improve future content
• Help turn organic attention into relevant traffic, leads and business opportunities

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university and the internship can be recognised as a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within your degree
• Excellent written and spoken English
• You can turn complicated or unfinished ideas into clear and engaging writing
• You enjoy research and can distinguish useful evidence from recycled internet noise
• You understand how LinkedIn content works and are interested in SEO, newsletters or editorial content
• You care deeply about structure, specificity, tone and the quality of what you publish
• You create first drafts without waiting for every instruction or for an idea to feel perfect
• You constantly bring new angles and challenge weak ideas respectfully
• You move quickly, absorb feedback and improve without becoming defensive
• You are proactive about getting to know the team because the best content comes from understanding the people and work properly
• You are curious about AI, startups, products and modern distribution

No years of professional marketing experience required. Taste, agency and execution matter more to us than credentials.

Benefits

• Real ownership from day one, with responsibility for content that represents Cloud Studios and GetMOW publicly
• Direct access to a founder who shares context, gives honest feedback and does not gatekeep information
• High autonomy and genuine trust to act on strong ideas
• Build an organic content and distribution system from the beginning
• Publish work you can genuinely use in your portfolio and discuss in future interviews
• See the performance and commercial impact of the content you create
• Creative freedom to propose formats, challenge ideas and develop your own angles
• The chance to help make a young, international technology company recognisable in Berlin and beyond
• Exposure to product, sales, research, client work and company building
• Required software paid for by Cloud Studios
• Additional content equipment provided where reasonably needed
• Flexible 20–40 hours per week, with 30–40 hours preferred
• Hybrid work in Berlin, with regular time together in the office (min. 2 days in the Office)
• Strong performance can create a path into a paid working-student or junior role within Cloud Studios
• Longer-term roles will include fixed compensation and performance-based upside, including potential future VSOP participation

Your CV matters less than what you notice, what you make and how quickly you act.

If you regularly see a weak headline and immediately think of a better one, open a blank document before somebody gives you a brief, or become obsessed with finding the clearest way to explain an idea, we want to hear from you.

Answer the short questions below and share two or three examples of your writing. University work, personal writing and published content are all welcome. We want to see evidence of taste, curiosity and agency.

Important: This is an unpaid mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) lasting three to six months. That is a meaningful commitment from you, and we take seriously our responsibility to give you access, feedback, trust, tools and published work you can genuinely point to afterwards. You must currently be enrolled at a university that can recognise the placement as a mandatory part of your degree, and you must have the required status to work or intern in Germany.
