About Us

At Rapid Pioneers, we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25,000+ like-minded marketing professionals.

About the Company

You will be joining a fast-growing wellness and massage company that currently operates in five German cities and is expanding to seven. The company is known for a high-quality, above-and-beyond approach to customer service, and its People team is scaling hiring quickly to keep pace with that growth. This hire sits at the very start of the recruitment funnel, where speed and a great first impression make all the difference.

This is an entry point into recruiting, and no previous recruiting experience is needed. You’ll work closely with the Head of People, splitting your time between the Berlin office and home. It’s ideal for someone who loves talking to people, moves fast, and wants to learn recruiting from the ground up.
