What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, after sales, returns management or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Comfortable working with business systems and administrative processes
• Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across different teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage but is not essential
• Awareness of import/export processes, customs requirements or trade compliance principles would be beneficial but is not required
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in areas such as customs procedures, inward and outward processing, and import/export compliance
• Adaptable, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement
