Drive shrink and loss reduction through data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions.

Oversee physical security programs, including guards, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.

Lead crisis response, emergency preparedness, new site initiatives, and ongoing risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement and external partners.

Strategic, risk-focused operator who prioritizes resources and translates strategy into practical site-level execution.
Strong cross-functional partner who influences Operations, HR, Safety, Legal, and leadership through data, relationships, and sound judgment.
Experienced multi-site leader who balances direct support with developing local ownership.

Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, building practical solutions in fast-changing environments.
5+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security, Investigations, or related fields, ideally across multiple locations and complex operational environments.
Proven experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments, security programs, physical security systems, and cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
