ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll help build the engine behind a new, integrated way of running creative production with the in-house creative studio, turning campaign briefs into coordinated creative work across markets, from first concept through final delivery. This is a hands-on production role that requires strong project management as a core discipline to manage multiple creative projects. You'll need to have experience in running shoots, not just tracking them. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You'll sit within the Global Brand Marketing function, working across creative, creative ops, design, content, and marketing stakeholders in our priority markets. You'll be joining at the point where that new way of working is still being built, not inheriting an established process, so we are looking for someone who enjoys building and innovating processes

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Coordinate creative projects from brief through delivery across markets, channels, and stakeholders
• Manage always-on projects spanning design, motion, copywriting, and presentations
• Run hands-on production end-to-end, from photographer contact and location scouting to casting and the shoot itself
• Own timelines, deliverables, production logistics, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects
• Monitor team capacity and workload, flagging constraints before they become blockers
• Raise issues and push back on requests or priorities when needed, protecting creative quality
• Build and refine cross-market creative processes from the ground up, creating consistency across the wider team
• Partner with external freelancers and agencies, and act as the main point of contact for the in-house creative studio

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3-5 years of experience in creative production or project management
• Come from a production background and know that world firsthand
• Bring hands-on experience planning and facilitating photo or video shoots
• Manage creative projects from brief through delivery
• Think logistically, with a strong eye for sequencing and dependencies
• Coordinate confidently between creative teams and marketing stakeholders
• Speak up and push back when priorities or requests put quality or timelines at risk
• Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new processes rather than inheriting an established one
• Background in an agency, brand-side team, or technology company all welcome

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

• Adyen+, a significant monthly allowance to spend on whatever matters most to you and your wellbeing
• 28 days of paid annual leave
• €115 monthly commuting allowance when you join us in the office 3 days per week
• 25% employer contribution to your pension
• Annual all-company gathering at Adyen’s headquarters in Amsterdam, plus regional team events throughout the year
• Opportunity to connect in person at Adyen offices across 29 locations worldwide
