You want to become an outstanding salesperson and build a career without limits?
At ZeKju, we're looking for someone who is passionate about winning new customers, wants to learn directly from experienced founders, and is ready to take on real responsibility. Whether you want to become a top salesperson with excellent earning potential or eventually build and lead a sales team, you have the chance to do so with us.
Why ZeKju?
We are fundamentally changing communication in road freight transport, via iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram and other messengers. In doing so, we are bringing SaaS and AI to one of the largest industries in the world.
- Strong growth: Over 70 paying customers, strong annual growth, around 150,000 transports supported per month, and a profitable operating business.
- Trusted by leading companies: Our customers include Dachser, Hellmann and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
- Strong investors: Backed by 20VC and Supply Chain Ventures.
- Great potential: A huge, still largely untapped market with substantial growth opportunities and an entrepreneurial, AI-driven culture.
Your role
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demos and negotiations to closing the contract.
- Hunter Mentality: Win customers from inbound and SDR-generated leads while proactively building your own sales pipeline.
- Customer Empathy: Understand our customers' challenges, develop compelling business cases, and demonstrate ZeKju's value.
- Relationship Building: Build your own customer base and develop it in close collaboration with Customer Success.
- Tech-Enabled Selling: Use our CRM, AI and automation to make your sales work as effective as possible.
- Founder Exposure: Work directly with one of the co-founders and drive our commercial growth.
What you bring
- Sales experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, as an SDR, BDR or Account Executive.
- Hunter mentality: You enjoy approaching new customers, take pleasure in closing deals, and are motivated by ambitious targets.
- Entrepreneurial drive: You are ambitious, hands-on, self-motivated, and happy to take responsibility.
- Communication skills: You speak fluent German and English and are confident when dealing with decision-makers.
- Nice to have: Start-up experience or knowledge of logistics, transport or supply chain. Neither is a requirement.
What we offer
- Performance pays off: Competitive base salary, attractive performance-based commissions, VSOP participation (virtual stock option plan), and considerable earning potential as you build your customer portfolio.
- Two exciting career paths: Become an outstanding Account Executive with excellent earning opportunities, or grow into a Head of Sales who builds and leads our sales organization.
- Learn from the founders: Work directly with an experienced entrepreneur and former partner at a strategy consultancy. Benefit from hands-on coaching in enterprise sales, negotiation, business development and scaling a SaaS company.
- Real responsibility: Take ownership from day one and actively shape the growth of a successful SaaS company.
- Flexibility and benefits: Hybrid work in Munich and a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership.
