In addition to the gross monthly salary, the salary for this position (full-time) consists of various special payments. **Depending on your experience, you can expect an annual starting salary of between 84907 ​​and ​​106134 EUR in this position.**

• *Your Responsibilities:**
• Drive the execution of the Precision Technology sales funnel within the assigned territory, ensuring effective opportunity management, customer conversion, and adoption of Precision Agriculture solutions and the John Deere Operations Center
• Support Precision Technology sales and adoption targets through close collaboration with dealers, sales teams, key customers, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Dealer teams
• Ensure high-quality CRM discipline and data accuracy to support effective pipeline management, forecasting, and business decision-making
• Execute dealer capability development initiatives by assessing training needs and delivering targeted product, sales, and technology training programs
• Plan and support dealer demo days, customer events, and field demonstrations to showcase the value of Precision Agriculture solutions.
• Serve as the regional Precision Technology expert and trusted advisor for dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Gather dealer, customer, and market feedback to support continuous improvement of products, processes, and go-to-market strategies
• *What Skills You Need:**
• Knowledge of Precision Agriculture technologies, digital farming solutions, and agricultural equipment
• Experience in agricultural sales, dealer support, precision technology, or a customer-facing role
• Strong sales and customer conversion skills with a focus on business growth
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend value-driven technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering training, demonstrations, and capability development programs

• Demonstrated ability to innovate and apply Precision Technology across diverse use cases and production systems
• Established network within ISG Product Management and Product Marketing
• Proven experience building effective relationships with customers, dealers, and training specialists, including documenting customer engagement
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across John Deere, combined with strong problem-solving skills in software and electrical applications

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within agriculture
