Requirements

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in new business, key account or sales roles, selling to senior decision-makers on high-value deals

• You listen first and understand what really matters to a client before you pitch
• Native-level German and professional English

Nice to have

• A background in brand experience, retail or shopper marketing agencies, POS and visual merchandising, Ladenbau, Messebau, event agencies with retail or gastro clients, or large-format production
• Hands-on experience with tenders, RFPs and framework agreements
• An existing network among brand, retail marketing or visual merchandising leaders in DACH
• Experience using trade fairs as a lead generation channel

Benefits

What’s in it for you

• A signage product major European brands already love, so you’re opening doors with a strong reputation behind you
• Zero delivery responsibility once you close, so your time goes into selling
• Real autonomy over your pipeline, relationships and approach
• A hybrid setup in Berlin with a founder-led team that has been building since 2014

If you know how to get in front of the right people and turn a first meeting into a signed deal, we’d love to hear from you.
