This role is located in Munich, Germany. TULIP is a hybrid work environment and we are in the office 3+ days/per week.

About TULIP

TULIP is the frontline operations platform that helps manufacturers digitize, connect and continuously improve how they run production, with AI at the core of the product. TULIP was founded out of the MIT Media Lab. It is headquartered in Boston, has offices in Munich, Tokyo, Tel Aviv, Budapest and Singapore, and has customer sites in more than 45 countries.

In January 2026, TULIP closed its Series D at a valuation of $1.3B. Leading global manufacturers run on TULIP, including VEKA, DMG Mori, Roche, AstraZeneca, Richemont, Saint-Gobain Aerospace and Mitsubishi Electric. We partner with NVIDIA, PwC, McKinsey, BCG and more than 160 technology partners worldwide. TULIP is part of the World Economic Forum's Global Innovator community, and our CEO, Dr. Natan Linder, co-chairs the Forum's Advanced Manufacturing Industry Governors Community.

The opportunity in DACH for TULIP

DACH is the heart of global manufacturing. Germany is Europe's largest industrial economy and the birthplace of Industrie 4.0. Switzerland is a global centre for pharma, life sciences and precision manufacturing. Austria is a strong base in automotive, machinery, metals and semiconductors. The region is also home to many of the world's "Hidden Champions", mid-sized companies that lead global niche markets. Today, these companies face similar pressures: fewer skilled workers, rising quality and compliance demands, and the need to modernize existing plants without stopping production. TULIP gives their frontline teams an AI-native production system to meet those pressures and accelerate time-to-value.

TULIP GmbH is a full operating entity and Munich is TULIP's headquarters in Europe. The team covers sales, solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, customer success, and R&D. Local customers trust our product in regulated, high-precision environments.

We are now hiring a Managing Director (Geschäftsführer, m/w/d) of TULIP GmbH , who will also be TULIP's Commercial Leader for DACH. Reporting to the Head of Global General Manufacturing Sales with governance reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own the DACH region's growth, lead the local team, and represent TULIP to customers, partners and employees. You will have the backing of a global company and real room to shape how we win in DACH.
