Junior Corporate Development Manager (m/f/d)

What you do

• Act as a central point of contact for all strategically relevant initiatives and topics
• Facilitate cooperation between different teams to ensure the success of the project
• Specifying strategic objectives for the coming year and breaking them down into individual areas
• Carrying out and preparing well-founded market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas
• Connect the dots between ongoing initiatives, C-level priorities, and market developments, ensuring alignment and timely information flow
• Preparation of decision papers for the management based on complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Preparation and realization of workshops with senior management and key stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

Who you are

• Approx. 1-3 years of experience in strategy, start-up, consulting-related role or corporate development (internships or working student roles count)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data independently and derive clear conclusions and recommendations from it
• Ideally basic knowledge of data analytics, as well as the ability to question analyses and optimize them together with the specialist department
• Understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends
• Excellent perceptive skills with exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes
• High level of initiative and commitment to the quality of work results as well as a structured and energetic way of working
• Excellent English and German language skills
