Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Project Business North

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth within the project business segment in Northern Germany.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while delivering sales and profitability targets.
• Build trusted relationships with developers, housing companies, consultants, and other key project stakeholders.
• Lead customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Manage a strong project pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective CRM management.
• Represent Danfoss in customer meetings, industry events, and project-related forums.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales, Business Development , or a comparable commercial role within HVAC, building technology, energy , or a related industry.
• Proven success in managing complex sales processes and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth and business results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach combined with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong internal and external partnerships.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
