WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership of strategic outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
• Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
• Prospect large accounts, build long-term relationships, and engage with multiple levels within client organizations.
• Generate qualified pipeline mostly through Outbound
• Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analysing procurement processes, and tracking industry trends.
• Prioritise complex tasks with clients, flagging bottlenecks early rather than late to keep things moving forward.

WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE

• You have proven experience in a sales environment and a track record of building strong client relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets.
• You communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, with the ability to adapt your style to a CFO, CPO, CEO or CIO conversation.
• You handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long sales cycles.
• You are open to change and can adapt well to changes as we grow and professionalize the sales organization
• You're a team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.
• Bonus Points: You have experience selling into Manufacturing, Industrial or Finance/procurement buyers, are familiar with ERP systems or sales tech such as Hubspot and Claude.
