Customer Success Manager

DEIN PROFIL

• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im B2B SaaS und Sales Umfeld.
• Du hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen, bist empathisch, dabei aber stets ziel- und lösungsorientiert
• Du bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und priorisiert eigenständig
• Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, sowohl in der direkten Kundeninteraktion als auch in Workshops oder Webinaren.
• Du bist daten-affin, arbeitest gekonnt mit KPIs und hilfst uns dabei Nutzungsdaten zu interpretieren und Kundenerfolg so messbar zu machen
• Du testest neue Ansätze, bewertest kritisch, was funktioniert, und baust Prozesse aktiv von Null auf - eigeninitiativ und mit unternehmerischem Mindset.
• Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C2) ist unerlässlich; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
