Business Development Manager – Dual Use (all genders)

Microliner Sales

• Lead sales campaigns, draft proposals, LOIs, MOUs and Sales & Purchase Agreements, and negotiate with customers.
• Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline and the growing global order book.

Team and company

• Represent VÆRIDION at customer meetings and industry events.
• Gather customer insights and relay them internally to align product development with customer needs.

Your Profile:

• 7+ years of commercial experience in defence, aerospace or dual-use technology, ideally with an OEM, a Tier-1 supplier or a defence prime.
• A track record of closing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles, including technology partnerships, development agreements and supply contracts.
• Good knowledge of export control and compliance requirements for defence and dual-use business.
• An established network among defence OEMs, system integrators and relevant institutions in Europe, ideally also internationally.
• Experience in civil aviation or aircraft sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills, with an analytical and flexible mindset.
• Hands-on mentality, empathy, attention to detail and integrity.
• Willingness to travel.
• Passion for electric aviation and battery technology.
