Supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program, you will ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients within the German healthcare system. Your Responsibilities: You will act as a clinical link between local healthcare providers and international medical teams, ensuring quality, continuity, and patient-centred care:- -Clinical Case Management Monitor and support inpatient care throughout the hospital stay Ensure clinical quality and patient safety standards Produce structured, accurate medical reports in English -Communication and Coordination Liaise directly with physicians and nursing teams in German hospitals Provide clear clinical updates to international stakeholders Coordinate safe discharge and continuity of care -Patient Advocacy and Support Support patients in understanding their diagnosis and treatment Act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers Support patients in navigating and understanding the German healthcare system.
