Help us grow the next chapter of shotlist media.

shotlist media is an award-winning video agency based in Berlin, specialising in healthcare, ophthalmology and MedTech. We work with leading medical technology companies and healthcare professionals, producing films and content for clients around the world.

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a creative, proactive and independent communicator to strengthen our team in brand communication, editorial content and business development.

What you’ll do

Develop our LinkedIn, Insta presence and create engaging editorial content

Turn video productions into stories, case studies and campaigns

Research potential clients, partners and new business opportunities

Support client communication, outreach and follow-ups

Help prepare presentations, pitches and new creative formats

Gradually take ownership of your own areas of responsibility

What we’re looking for

Fluent English — written and spoken

A genuine interest in medicine, healthcare and MedTech

Experience with video, moving images, media or content production

Strong writing and communication skills

An independent, organised and hands-on approach

Confidence communicating with professionals and clients

Experience in B2B marketing, LinkedIn or healthcare communications is a plus.

This is an opportunity to join an international creative environment and play an active role in the continued development of shotlist media.

The position starts at approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 25 hours or more within the next 12 months, depending on performance and business development.

You’ll work closely with our management and creative teams, take on increasing responsibility and help shape how we communicate with the healthcare community.

Remote-first within Germany, with occasional meetings in Berlin.
