GTM Engineer - Sales Automation and Analytics Management

As a GTM Engineer - Sales Automation and Analytics Management (m/w/d), you will make our sales engine more productive across all PERGOLUX markets globally: more revenue per worked sales hour, less leakage between lead and order, and a lower cost per sale. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will own two pillars of work, insight and planning on one side, orchestration and automation on the other, partnering daily with Sales Leads in every market, the Data team, Marketing, Customer Service and our Tier 1 partner. This is a builder-operator role: the Data team owns the data foundation, and you use it to find what is holding sales back, then fix it with a mix of planning, incentives, process automation and AI.

PERGOLUX designs and sells premium, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from aluminium pergolas to awnings and garden furniture, directly to consumers. We are a company that has grown consistently across Europe and beyond, with around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue and operations across eight markets.

What You'll Do

• Analyse the full funnel (lead, contact, qualification, draft order, order) by market, tier, channel and rep, mine call, chat and CRM activity for conversion patterns, and run a monthly insight cycle of three to five prioritised findings, each with an owner, an action and a measured result.
• Own the global capacity model for Tier 1, Tier 2, showroom and Customer Service fallback coverage, run the monthly refresh and seasonal peak plan, and flag hiring, reallocation or BPO volume changes early while tracking planned versus actual coverage with Sales Leads and Finance.
• Run the monthly and quarterly bonus calculations for Sales Leads, Tier 2 reps and the Tier 1 partner payout, test and model each scheme before changes go live, and automate the calculation and reporting so payouts need checks rather than manual builds.
• Own revenue per worked hour as the core productivity KPI, from definition and baseline to targets and monthly reporting by market and tier, and lead initiatives that move its drivers of productive time, conversion and order value.
• Orchestrate sales activity through task queues, lead prioritisation, follow-up cadences and reactivation, map and automate our sales processes in HubSpot (with Aircall, Shopify and messaging integrations), and run AI pilots across the funnel with clear success metrics and a running business case per use case.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations or GTM engineering, turning sales, call and order data into decisions and measurable KPI movement.
• Strong analytical skills across the full funnel, with the ability to write clear requirements for a data team and validate what they ship.
• Hands-on experience building HubSpot workflows and integrations with tools such as Aircall, Shopify and messaging platforms, within agreed data governance.
• A builder-operator mindset: you design capacity models, incentive schemes and process automation, then operate and iterate on them rather than only reporting.
• Practical experience deploying AI use cases across a sales funnel (speed-to-lead, qualification, summaries, next-best-action, follow-up drafting) is a strong plus.
