About Praxipal

At praxipal, we’re building an AI-powered healthcare workforce to address the growing healthcare staff shortage. Our first product, Luna, is an AI receptionist that automates patient communication.

Backed by one of Europe’s leading investors, our team brings together expertise from Palantir, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute—driven by a shared goal: to ensure that healthcare gets better, not worse.

Why Join praxipal?

The shortage of skilled workers is the biggest challenge facing our healthcare system. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled every year, and demographic change means that this trend will continue to worsen. Medical facilities are relying on our AI receptionist Luna to relieve their staff and keep care accessible to all. We are growing extremely fast and recently completed a seed financing round with one of Europe’s leading investors – and we are just getting started.

Join us to:

• Help us fix healthcare staffing with AI agents.
• Be part of an engineering-first team.
• Define how reliable AI agents and voice AI are built.
