Head of Production (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• You will develop production at C&C, both strategically and operationally: our processes, standards and setups.
• As Skill Lead, you will take personal and professional responsibility for the production team, support the development of your colleagues and ensure consistently high quality standards.
• You will take on selected productions yourself as a Producer, making sure that the idea, quality, timing and budget come together.
• You will conceptualise and own our AI-enabled production system: selecting the right stack and bringing it into production together with our internal AI team. It will be up to you to determine where and when its use makes sense.
• You will calculate fixed-price productions, protect the margin and decide where the budget can make the greatest difference.
• You will expand our partner network for high-end productions and ensure that our external partners meet our quality standards.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in producing social and CTV content and understand the entire process from the initial idea to the final asset.
