• You hold a Master's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• You like collaborating with others to develop our product and solve challenging problems.
• You have an autonomous working attitude and an urge to create with your own hands.
• You enjoy thinking holistically about systems, but also like to zoom in on technical details.
• You’re fascinated by next-generation composite solutions and new material systems.
• You have experience working with composites and basic skills in CAD design.
• You have experience working with robots, automation, and developing new manufacturing processes.
• You’ve worked with or are curious to learn about fiber placement technologies (e.g. AFP or TFP).
• You like to explore new solution approaches and appreciate an agile, fast-moving environment.
