Working within our European Supply Chain & Logistics team, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making, reporting optimization and process improvement initiatives across multiple markets. You will collaborate with experienced supply chain professionals in an international environment and support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Develop, maintain and optimize reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools using Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One Support the automation and digitalization of reporting and analytical processes Ensure data consistency, accuracy and reporting governance across supply chain operations Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Finance teams to support business requirements and decision-making.
Support planning, inventory management and logistics activities through data analysis. Requirements & Experience Completed commercial vocational education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a degree in a related field. Both vocationally trained and university-educated candidates are welcome to apply.
Initial professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Reporting, Business Analytics or a comparable analytical environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP Business One is highly desirable.
Very good English and conversational German skills are required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style. Proactive, reliable and eager to contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Team player with strong communication skills and the motivation to grow within an international organization.
