### Your challenge

• Leadership and further development of an international sales team with a focus on revenue, margin and sales performance
• Overall responsibility for budget, forecast, revenue and margin development as well as relevant working capital KPIs
• Development and implementation of international sales and growth strategies
• Management of sales activities in coordination with production, supply chain, local markets and other internal interfaces
• Analysis of market, customer and competitor developments and derivation of concrete measures
• Strategic development of an international business segment and the associated product portfolio
• Identification of new market potential and development of existing markets
• Responsibility for global key accounts and strategically important customer relationships
• Leadership and further development of international customer and sales structures
• Coordination of product launches and successful market development
• Organization and leadership of international sales meetings

### Your outstanding profile

• Completed degree in natural sciences
• Several years of leadership experience in an international sales environment
• International experience in building and developing markets and customer relationships
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial understanding
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin management and sales KPIs
• Strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on mentality
• High customer and results orientation as well as strong negotiation skills
• Confident leadership personality with strong communication and networking skills
• Resilience, initiative and decision-making strength
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and to travel regularly to the office in Germany
